At WWAKE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery to ensure your jewelry is exactly what you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original WWAKE packaging and include all certificates or promotional materials to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Await Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
